holiday retail

so like i said before, when it rains jobs it pours jobs.  i am working 32 hours a week at a preschool-y kind of daycare, 8 hours a week doing design for my church and 20 hours a week working at a luxury/designer make-up store.  it’s more chaotic than i ever expected, but i am feeling really good about myself that i am juggling all the balls.  i know that once january comes, seasonal retail fades and so i see the end in sight.  i am enjoying this more than i thought, despite being scheduled every minute of every day and not having time to even take an extra shower.  working retail is hard work and not a lot of pay, so i feel like i am really earning my money.  i kind of feel a sense of pride in working hard for little pay–although i will go back to acting the next available minute a job opens up! (don’t get me wrong!)
