proves you don’t have to be brad pitt for this funny girl to find you irresistible. ha ha. no but seriously, i saw 3 great movies this weekend–and the 3 leading men were funny, endearing and genuine. i had never seen the station agent before and truth be told, i was a little nervous. i didn’t know how they were going to write peter dinklage’s character–would it speak truth of someone living with dwarfism? or would it be pollyanna-ish or exaggeratingly depressing? and while dinklage plays of a recluse, i definitely found this movie raw, empathetic and honest. i’d already seen “knocked up” a few times, it’s one of my favorite comedies. each time i see it though, jay baruchel steals more of the movie. he plays the funny guy with the most heart in his pot-smoking circle. steve carell can play likeable and relateable so well. “dan in real life” was a lot better than i expected. carell is really winsome. so anyways–to all the men out there–you really don’t have to be brad pitt. :)
but it doesn’t hurt that all 3 are pretty handsome.
